Prior to forming her own practice in 2011, Ms. Ostoich brought five years of experience working with large law firms, where she prided herself in meeting the legal needs of a diverse client base, ranging from individuals to businesses and public agencies.
Krista’s areas of expertise include litigating business, personal injury, and property matters; advising clients in land use and municipal matters, and assisting individuals in immigration proceedings. She is dedicated to making her clients’ objectives her own and draws on her extensive experience to deliver strategic and efficient legal approaches.
After graduating from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and Geography, Krista worked as a land use planner for the County of San Bernardino. This position provided her with valuable experience and insight into the regulatory process, and allowed her to hone the skills necessary to successfully work with governmental agencies. To this day, Krista credits her success in representing clients in front of governmental agencies to her experience as a planner. Subsequently, Krista attended California Western School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude, and passed the California Bar Examination on her first sitting. Krista speaks Spanish, studied in Michoacan, Mexico while a student at the University of Oregon and has traveled extensively through Mexico and Central America.
